Sherri Neal - Lead Realtor®

Sherri was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, and has lived in the North Texas area for over 10 years. She married her college sweetheart, Gary, and they have four grown sons, four daughter-in-laws and 6 grandchildren. She stayed home with her 4 boys until the youngest was in school, and then re-entered the professional world by obtaining her Iowa Real Estate License. Sherri began her career in real estate in Des Moines, IA. After winning several sales awards including Rookie of the Year, Sherri was recruited by one of her clients into the pharmaceutical industry. During this time, Sherri earned her MBA degree from St. Joseph’s University and uses this knowledge as leverage in the real estate market. After 17 successful years with Pfizer, Inc., 15 as a District Sales Manager, she found herself being forced to transition into a new industry. She worked as the Director of Sales for a large independent property and casualty insurance firm in Irving, TX for over 4 years. Sherri found herself longing to be back in the real estate industry, assisting families during life changes that result in buying or selling real estate.

Sherri is excited to be a part of the Keller Williams family because of their shared values: God first, family second and then business. Sherri has experience assisting buyers and sellers as a professional Realtor®. She has consistently ranked in the Top 5% in annual sales in the Keller William's Southlake office which has over 600 agents. Sherri was awarded membership into the Keller Williams Luxury Division and earned the distinction of 

 In addition, she has personally relocated her family to 5 different states. She has experience in being the “trailing spouse” and has a unique understanding of the needs of a family in transition. In her spare time, Sherri enjoys spending time with her family sports and being an active member of her local church.

Gary Neal - Realtor®

Gary is an Award Winning Sales Leader with proven success in building, developing and directing high performing sales teams. Gary received his B.S. in Accounting/Business from Southwest Baptist University and his M.B.A. from Drake University. Prior to Real Estate, Gary was a Sales Executive for a large Pharma Company with sales responsibility for the western half of the United States.  Gary adds a unique business perspective to our team. Tuan Vuong

Tuan was born in Vietnam and moved to the states when he was just 3 years old. He has lived in Iowa, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, but in 2006 he arrived in Texas and has since called it home. Tuan has over 16 years of high-end retail experience that has helped him transition seamlessly into becoming a Realtor® with strong customer experience and insight to fulfilling any client’s needs. What you can expect from Tuan is his tailor-made client service for each one of his clients, giving everyone personalized and unique care. His passion for helping others is evident even upon first meeting Tuan, and his dedication and commitment to his clients are traits that are paramount to him, as well as his fierce loyalty and integrity both personally and professionally. In Tuan’s personal life, he feels most at ease when he is spending time with his family. He enjoys traveling, especially anywhere in close proximity to a beach, and although he hates labeling himself a “foodie”, he absolutely loves trying new cuisines, as well as cooking and baking in his spare time. Elizabeth was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, and attended Meredith College. She has years of experience in residential and storefront staging. His name is Andrew Neal and he is our Professional Photographer, Videographer and Aerial Photographer (FAA Licensed Remote UAS (Drone) Pilot). Andrew has been part of the OnTheMove Team from the beginning. He has a passion for connecting with others and works as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the DFW Community. Photography has always been a passion for Andrew and, over the years, he has developed his skills to produce stunning Real Estate Photography and Video for our Clients. Andrew loves spending time with his family which includes his wife Rachel and his son Hudson.
